Get Customized Billing Solutions

We keep billing simple and transparent. Our doctors are out-of-network for all insurance plans, so instead of dealing with the back-and-forth of managed care, we provide you with a superbill you can submit directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and we’re happy to run a complimentary benefits check for you.

Payment is collected at the time of service, and while we’re not a Medicare-participating provider, we accept FSA/HSA cards and CareCredit to help make care more accessible. If you’re recovering from an auto accident, we offer self-pay treatment and provide a receipt you can submit to your auto insurance carrier.
